REFUND POLICY

How to request a regret return:
If you are not satisfied with your choice or regret your purchase, you can request a refund within 24 hours before the jump.

Send an e-mail to info@skydiverio.com.br, informing your full name and order number. You will receive the refund within 15 days of the date we receive the request. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive a refund.
If this deadline is not respected, the deposit will not be refunded (amount charged in advance to cover the expenses of the professionals involved in the operation)

If the jump is postponed or canceled due to weather or any other operational reason, there will be a refund or rescheduling, at the passenger's discretion.
Failure to show up on the scheduled day and time will result in the loss of the ticket, if the jump has been paid in full, the ticket will be deducted and the remainder returned.
